In this special event on the escarpments, lake shores, mountain ranges, fertile soils and plenty hours of day exposure... “Canada”, you learn to put in perspective, the wine styles, soils, climate, aspect, varietals, vintage variations, etc of the regions of the Niagara, Pelee Island, the Similkameen Valley, Vancouver Island, the Fraser Valley, the Okanagan Valley and Lake Eerie, while tasting, comparing and contrasting the different wine styles, the east and west coast, has to offer.
Eight-to-nine wines will be tasted ‘blind’, along with artisan bread, Canadian fine cheese, a decadent Ice wine, and a friendly wine tasting competition with prizes.
